Today, I stand before you to express my deepest respect and admiration for Sardar Jaswinder Pal Singh Sekhon ji — a remarkable philanthropist, a visionary educationist, and a proud farmer, who comes from a family enriched with strong army values of discipline, dedication, and service to the nation.
At a time when physiotherapy was still an unexplored field, he showed extraordinary foresight. In 1999, he laid the foundation of All Saints Physiotherapy College — not just as an institution, but as a mission to spread awareness and excellence in healthcare.
His life is a testament to selfless service and commitment towards society. His legacy continues through his son, Dr. Ranbir Singh Sekhon, who carries forward the same values.
He has not just built an institution — he has shaped lives, created opportunities, and strengthened the healthcare ecosystem.
